Father,

You set the rainbow in the clouds, as a sign of the covenant between You and humanity; a sign of life. Let this sign of Your faithfulness renew within us our fidelity to You. Enable us to love one another as Christ, your Son, has loved us. Grant us the grace we need to work toward a world without discrimination and hatred.

We ask this in the name of Your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit; God, forever and ever.
