It’s that time of year! It’s when the sun stays up so late that we struggle to stay on our normal routines. We see the hope of long summer days, vacations, staycations, and even the joy of not having an alarm to wake up to every morning. For many it’s the joy of not having to wake up your child(ren) early every morning!

On behalf of the entire Fort McMurray Catholic Schools family we reach out to say thank you. It’s been an incredible year with many things to celebrate. But most importantly we celebrate all of our students and staff. Together we are a large family. We will have our ups and downs, but our focus as a division always stays true- we will never cease in our efforts to support all students and staff. It is who we are as Catholic educators and we will never stray from that course. All are welcome. All belong. 

We wish our graduates the absolute best in their futures. We cannot wait to hear about your futures and successes. This is a world full of opportunity. To those moving on to new adventures, we wish you the absolute best. To our group of retirees, we are incredibly grateful you spent your careers with us and shared your vocation with our students.

It is an absolute honour that you choose to send your children to Fort McMurray Catholic Schools each and every day. It’s an honour we do not take for granted.
